β Eligibility for Refunds

We do not offer refunds on:
- Used or damaged items due to customer handling
- Items returned without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale
- Screen protectors, earphones, or charging cables that have been opened (for hygiene reasons)

- Provide:

- Reason for the refund
- Clear photo(s) if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We will respond within 1β2 business days with return instructions.
π Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
